1. Painting. All metal elements undergo preliminary mechanical and chemical treatment. Painting is carried out by applying powder coating followed by polymerization in special thermal ovens. The color scheme of the complex is agreed upon with the customer in advance.
2. Mechanical and metalworking. Metal cutting, including technical holes and grooves, is performed using modern laser equipment. Welding of metal components is done with a laser welding machine. This extends the equipment’s service life and gives the finished complex a more aesthetic appearance.
3. Materials and components used. Self-centering bearings with a long service life and requiring no additional maintenance are used in all rotating units. Plastic (polyurethane PU 300) with an virtually unlimited service life is used for backs, seats, and supports. Fasteners and hardware are zinc-plated. Special plastic plugs and caps protect fasteners from premature corrosion. Frame bindings are additionally protected from paint abrasion by checkered aluminum sheet overlays. Contact points between metal elements are safeguarded with plastic and rubber bumpers. Special rubber handles are fitted onto metal grips and supports.
4. Adjustable load trainers. Load range: 10 to 100 kg (can be increased upon customer request). Load adjustment is achieved by moving the weight block along a stainless steel guide with fixation via a specialized mechanism.
